Notice is hereby given that the Board of Aldermen of the City of Memphis will meet to enter into closed session pursuant to RSMo. 610.021(1) – legal actions, causes of action or litigation and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body and its attorneys; RSMo. 610.021(3) hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body; and 610.021(13) – performance ratings; on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. in Memphis City Hall, 125 W. Jefferson, Memphis, Missouri.
